Welcome!

I've been watching GH since right before Luke and Laura got married - the first time. I was 8 years old, and have been a fan ever since. There have been gaps in my viewing, sometimes for years. You know how life can get in the way. But since the invention of TiVo, I'm back to my daily addiction. Although there have been many times I have been frustrated as far as storylines and characters, I can honestly say I love this show! This blog is a way for me to express that love and frustration. Enjoy!
One last thing, please feel free to leave comments on my entries, but I have to ask that you keep your language clean! And don't bag on each other. Everyone's entitled to their opinion.

Wk Ending 6/18/10

This week was interesting. Lots of jealousy/anger issues going on.

Patrick spends a little time with Carly who tells him that Lisa's crush on him is obvious. Patrick shrugs off her suggestion, but seems inwardly pleased that someone has noticed.

Nicholas finds Tracy and Luke in Helena's dungeon. Initially Nik doesn't want to let them out saying he doesn't why his grandmother would put them there in the first place. Lucky shows up and turns the tables on Nik in more ways than one. He tells him about what Helena took away from him as a teenager and how now, Nicholas is doing the same thing. Then he locks Nik in the cell to give him a little taste of Cassadine medicine. Tracy is taken to GH where she seems to recover quite nicely. However, she is still scorned regarding her fake marriage to Luke and tells him he will not get another chance to hurt her. SIDE NOTE: If the Tracy/Luke marriage was fake, why all the subterfuge around his fake re-marriage to Laura? Come one writers, we viewers are smarter than you apparently give us credit for.

Michael happens upon Jason standing over Carter's dead body. Jason instructs Michael to high tail it outta there and tell no one of what he witnessed. The warden tries to question a few other inmates about Carter's murder, but none of them are talking. It seems Carter was a thorn in a lot more side's than just Michael's and they're happy to see him gone.

Carly continues her scheme against Dante and Lulu, but with Karma being the bitch that it is, when she tries to sidle up to Jax. She is disappointed, however, to see that he already has plans with his ex-wife, Skye. Skye wants to see what resources Jax can offer her to help her get her hands on Alcazar's hidden fortune.

Dante visits Judge Carroll and makes a plea for Michael's release siting the fact that prison will only turn Michael further away from a law abiding life. In the end, the judge relents and releases Michael into Dante's custody, with a few conditions. The main one being minimal contact with his father, Sonny.

Claire pays Jason a visit to question him about Franco. Initially Jason stonewalls, but eventually he fills her in on the details of his encounter with Franco; especially regarding Franco's promise to kill every time Jason does. Claire worries that if Franco finds out that Jason killed Carter there will be another murder to solve. SIDE NOTE #2: I'd love to know what kind of product Jason is using on his hair that is still available in prison.

Sonny spots Kristina and Johnny together on the docks. After seeing Sonny, Kristina really plays up their fake relationship which causes Sonny to just about blow a gasket. When Sonny returns to his office, he summons Alexis to let her know what is going on with their daughter.

And FINALLY! someone talks some sense into Kristina - or tries to anyway. WTG Olivia! After their encounter with Sonny on the docks, Kristina and Johnny return to his penthouse where they are confronted by Olivia. She unloads with both barrels on Kristina and her recent "acting out". Ethan arrives just in time to take Kristina home. Olivia then sets her sights on Johnny. It quickly escalates into a shouting match culminating with Olivia deciding to end the relationship. She then runs to Sonny (big surprise) and confirms all of his worst fears regarding Kristina and Johnny. Just as she has him on brink of plotting Johnny's death, Olivia cautions Sonny against acting on his anger, for his daughter's sake.
